Exchange of goods

You can exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The exception is exchanging a product due to a detected defect. In such a case, the online store covers the delivery costs.

Delivery payment during an exchange is at the buyer's expense.

"Easy Return" service

If you use the Nova Poshta mobile application, you can exchange goods for free using the "Easy Return" service. To do this:

  • Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile application
  • Open "My Shipments" and select the parcel you want to return
  • In the "Parcel Management" section, select "Easy Return"
  • Indicate the reason for returning the item from the list
  • Create a new e-waybill and send the item to the recipient at the branch. It is important to agree on the shipment of the goods with the managers in advance.
